Interval – consists of high intensity intervals followed by lower intensity recovery periods.  Goal of the class is to build a substantial level of fitness indicated by the ability to recover very quickly after each interval.  Heart Rate will range between 65% – 92%.

Strength – involves steady and constant pedaling with moderate to heavy resistance.  Simulates climbing hilly terrain.  Goal to build cardio strength and develop muscular endurance and power.  Heart Rate will range between 75% – 85%.

Endurance – trains the body to be more efficient at metabolizing fat.  A set pace is maintained for an extended period of time, challenging you to connect mind to body.  Goal to have an even application of energy for sustained periods.  Heart Rate will stay between 65% – 75%.

This class combines the cardiovascular benefits of spinning with the benefits of strength training.

Class will start with a 45 minute ride on the bikes followed by 30 minutes of strength training with the use of bands. Do one portion or stay for both, the choice is yours. Great way to get a total body workout.

Can be modified for all levels of fitness.
