New Friday Class starting May 4th!!! This unique class incorporates all of the elements of a regular aqua class, however, there is a bit of a twist! Starting with a warm up, class will progress through circuit training followed by some “playtime” . One week might have volleyball, the next basketball, the next relay races, etc.-just like an old school Physical Education class, but in the water! This class combines the cardiovascular benefits of spinning with the benefits of strength training. Class will start with a 45 minute ride on the bikes followed by 30 minutes of strength training with the use of bands. Do one portion or stay for both, the choice is yours.
