How do you motivate your clients?  I motivate my clients by reinforcing their accomplishments, beginning with basic and small ones.  Exercise needs to become part of their daily routine like brushing their teeth.  I help them to change their outlook on exercise and see it in a positive light.  I am here to push them forward safely and remind them of their goals they set out to reach.  Fitness happens at any size, shape or condition.  You can do it!
