How do you motivate your clients:  Through the use of positive reinforcement, I motivate my clients to give maximum effort in every workout.  I set realistic short and long term goals for my clients and will do everything I can to help my clients reach their goals.

How do you motivate your clients?  I find out the fitness goals of my clients and I put together an individualized program to achieve those goals. I like to push my clients by doing different exercises and keep the workouts different from what they’re used to doing.

Favorite Activities: I have a passion for snowboarding. I like to play sports with my friends, go hiking, ride my bike, exercise, and just relax when I can.
